    Stallholder Information

    Pitch Details:
    We offer 2 metre x 2 metre pitches, giving you the flexibility to design your setup using tables, shelves, or display units. For health and safety reasons, all products must be displayed on tables, shelves, or in boxes. Items may not be placed directly on the floor.

    Pitch Fees:
    • £35 including insurance, or
    • £25 if you have your own insurance*

    *Insurance:
    Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is required for all stallholders and is included in your pitch fee, however if you already have valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI), you’ll receive a £10 discount on your pitch fee. We’ll just need a copy of your PLI certificate to apply the discount and confirm your place at the event.

    Wristbands:
    Each booking includes two stallholder wristbands for entry, additional wristbands are available on request.

    Tables:
    Tables are not included in the pitch fee, however a limited number are available at £10 each. Availability will be confirmed when your booking is finalized.

    Event Schedule:

    • Set-up: 8:30am – 10:45am
    • Doors open: 11:00am
    • Event closes: 4:00pm
    • Pack up: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

    Set Up:
    Stallholders must complete setup by 10:45am and be ready to trade when doors open at 11:00am. Please note that setup won’t be permitted after this time, and stallholders arriving late may be unable to enter if setup can't be completed in time.

    Pack up:
    Take down begins immediately after the event ends at 4:00pm. Stallholders have until 5:30pm to pack up and vacate the venue. We kindly ask all stallholders to tidy their area and remove any rubbish before leaving.

    If you have your own Public Liability Insurance, a valid copy must be provided to qualify for the discount and to participate in the event.

    A limited number of tables are available for hire at £10 each should you not wish to bring your own, availability will be confirmed at time of booking your spot.

    Yes, all stallholders require valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI), however the good news is PLI is included in your booking!
