Visitor FAQs

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Advance tickets are not required, however, those with advance reservations will receive priority entry on the day.

Can I leave an event and come back to the venue?

Yes, though please be aware that during peak times, entry will be controlled on a one-in-one-out basis, and you may need to join a short queue to re-enter.

Will I need to queue if I have reserved tickets in advance?

Advance ticket holders will be given priority at entry, so queuing should be minimal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can either print your ticket or show it digitally on your phone. Having your QR code ready when you arrive helps us scan you in to the event with minimal delay.

Are dogs allowed into the event?

We love our furry friends, but only guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are allowed inside the event.

Do I need to bring cash?

Although many stallholders will have card machines, some may accept cash only.

Do children need to be accompanied?

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
