This is a fantastic opportunity for makers, artisans, collectors, and hobby sellers to showcase their products, meet new customers, and connect with like-minded enthusiasts. From handmade crafts, art, jewellery, and home décor to TCG like Pokémon, board games, vintage toys, and gaming merchandise, we welcome a diverse mix of sellers that make the event exciting for every visitor

Stallholder Information
Pitch Details:
We offer pitches ranging from 4ft to 12ft wide, with a depth of approximately 4ft. This gives you the flexibility to design your setup using tables, shelves, or display units. For health and safety reasons, all products must be displayed on tables, shelves, or in boxes. Items may not be placed directly on the floor. Please ensure all displays, tables, and shelving stay within the boundaries of your booked pitch and do not extend into aisles or neighbouring stalls.

Pitch Fees:
Pitches are priced according to size, per event date:

Starter Pitch – 4ft: £20
Standard Pitch – 6ft: £25
Large Pitch – 8ft: £30 (Most Popular)
XL Pitch – 10ft: £36
Double Pitch – 12ft: £45

All prices are per pitch, per event date. For example, a Large Pitch (£30) booked for two event dates would cost £60 (2 x £30). If multiple event dates are selected, the total cost will be calculated automatically on the booking form.

Public Liability Insurance:
All stallholders are required to hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI). A copy of your PLI certificate, valid for the date of your booked event, must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.

Tables & Chairs:
Tables are not included in the pitch fee. A limited number of 6ft x 2ft tables are available to hire at £10 each, or 2 for £15. Chairs are available at no additional cost.

Venue Parking:
There is free on-site parking for vendors and visitors.

Event Schedule:

  • Set-up: 9:45am – 10:45am
  • Doors open: 11:00am
  • Event closes: 4:00pm
  • Pack up: 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Set Up:
Stallholders may begin setting up from 9:45am. All setup must be completed by 10:45am, with stalls ready to trade when doors open at 11:00am. Late arrivals may not be able to set up if there is insufficient time before opening.

Pack up:
Take down begins immediately after the event ends at 4:00pm. Stallholders have until 5.00pm to pack up and vacate the venue. We kindly ask all stallholders to tidy their area and remove any rubbish before leaving.
FAQs

Please see the ‘Pitch Fees’ section in the Stallholder Information above for pricing. All prices are per pitch, per event date. For example, if you select a standard pitch (£25) for three event dates, the total cost would be £75 (£25 standard pitch fee x 3 event dates).

A limited number of tables are available for hire at £10 each, or two for £15, should you not wish to bring your own, availability will be confirmed at time of booking your spot.

Yes, all stallholders require valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

Proof of PLI, valid for the date of the event being attended, must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.

Please note that valid PLI is needed for stallholders to be able to trade at the event.
